Tracey Kardash worked with me and my husband for a very long time because we began our search before we even moved across country to CA. She walked us through the search, offer, financing, and closing process warmly and professionally. She is so knowledgeable about so many things (neighborhood, condition of properties, how to search records, who to use for repairs). I can't imagine going through this process so successfully (or stress-free) with any other agent!
